• Copy of the sales agreement with details of the property or Sale offer
• Copy of the valid land title
• Valuation of property

Borrower’s personal details

• 2 passport size photos (4 for some Banks)
• Identification documents (Employer Identity card / Driving permit / Copy of passport / Voter’s card)
• Copy of financial card or fill in the Credit Reference Bureau Form
• Spousal consent, 2 passport photos & valid identification of spouse
• Authenticated Bank statement for at least 12 months
• Authenticated Loan statement & copy of Loan offer in case of existing loans with other Banks
• Tenancy agreements & Copy of Land title (in case of rental property)

Salary Earners

• Letter from the employer confirming terms of employment
• Pay slips for 3-6 consecutive months depends on Bank

Self Employed Individuals

• A Certified copy of Audited Financial statements for the past two years
• A Certified copy of Certificate of incorporation
• A Certified copy of Memorandum and articles of association
• A Certified copy of Company’s form 7
• A Certified copy of Board resolution to borrow (if it’s a company borrowing)

Requirements for Construction (Property Developers)

Property details

• Copy of the valid land title
• Copy of the approved building plans
• Photographs of at least four elevations of the building
• Bills of quantities of the outstanding work

Other requirements are the same as above (Borrower’s personal details)

Note: For clients in the Diaspora the following must be notarized

• Mortgage Application Form
• Passport Photos
